This explains what we do with information about you, and what we do with information about the businesses that appear on our lists. We have tried to write it so you can actually read it.
Who is responsible
SpotMove is part of the AdOnline group, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 97225746, and is responsible for the information described here. Questions, requests and complaints can be sent to info@spotmove.me or through the contact form on this site.
What we collect about you
When you start a trial we ask for your name, your work email address, your company name and your ZIP code. We use them to set up your trial, to give you access to your portal, and to contact you about the service. We also note when your portal is opened, so we know the service is being used; that record holds the time and your account, nothing more.
If you become a customer we also keep the records needed to bill you and to meet our accounting obligations. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us run the service
A small number of suppliers process information on our behalf, only to provide the service: Stripe for payments, Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting this site and its servers, and TransIP for email. Their systems are in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and for a period afterwards where we are required to keep records. If a trial ends without a subscription we keep your details unless you ask us to remove them. You can ask at any time and we will do it.
Information about the businesses on your list
Our lists describe restaurants, bars and cafes, and are drawn from what those businesses publish about themselves openly: a name, an address, a phone number, a website.
We hold only what is needed to identify and contact the business. We do not add anything about the people behind it, and we do not publish it beyond the customers whose lists it appears on.
If you run a business and would rather not appear on our lists, write to info@spotmove.me and we will remove you. You do not need to give a reason.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@spotmove.me and we will answer within thirty days.
Cookies and similar
This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. When you sign in, your browser keeps a session only while it is open. The payment form is provided by Stripe, which sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. Your private portal link contains a key unique to you; keep it to yourself and your team.
