How to reach us

Who it is for

SpotMove is a service for businesses. By starting a trial or a subscription you confirm that you do so on behalf of a business, not as a consumer.

What the service is

We identify restaurants, bars and cafes that have recently opened in the state you are in, check and complete what we find, and send you the result every week by email and in an online portal, nearest to your ZIP code first.

Coverage is the state your ZIP code is in, where we serve it. We may extend or adjust coverage so that the weekly list stays useful.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a particular number of businesses in any week. How many open varies, and some weeks are quieter than others. We also cannot promise that a business on your list needs what you sell, or that it will respond to you.

We take care that the information is accurate when we make it available, but details published about a business can be wrong or out of date, and we cannot guarantee otherwise.

The free trial

The trial runs for four weeks from the moment you confirm your email address. It costs nothing, needs no payment details, and ends by itself. We will tell you before it ends. If you do nothing, it simply stops.

Price, renewal and cancelling

A subscription is $99 per month, billed monthly in advance. If you add your card during the trial, the first charge is made when the trial ends; nothing is charged before then. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

Your subscription renews automatically every month at $99 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription tab in your portal or by emailing info@spotmove.me. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax that may apply.

Using what we send you

The list is for your own business. You may share it inside your organization and act on it however you like. You may not resell it, republish it, or pass it to another company.

When you contact a business on your list, you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including any rules on marketing and electronic communications that apply to you.

Availability

We aim to update your list every week and to keep the portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If something goes wrong and your list is not updated, tell us and we will put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you disagree.

SpotMove is part of the AdOnline group, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 97225746. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction.
