These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpotMove website and service. By using SpotMove you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SpotMove monitors your local competitors across Google Maps, social media, and their websites, and sends you regular reports of the changes it detects. Reports are compiled from publicly available information and are provided for general informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility and accounts
SpotMove is intended for business use. You agree to provide accurate information — such as your business details and email address — and to keep it up to date.
3. Plans, trials, and billing
We offer a free trial and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices and plan features may change, and we will give notice of material changes.
4. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the stated period. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription may continue on the applicable paid plan.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it in unauthorised ways, reselling it without our permission, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Accuracy and availability
SpotMove relies on third-party and public data sources. We aim for accurate, timely reports but do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
7. Intellectual property
The SpotMove name, website, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotMove is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the reports. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using SpotMove at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
